At Rising Star Elementary, the student:teacher ratio has risen 7% over the 5-year window — from 10.1:1 in 2020 to 10.8:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 5.3:1 below in 2020 to 4.6:1 below in 2024.
