At Juvenile Hall (Endeavor/Voyager Secondary), the student:teacher ratio has risen 67% over the 5-year window — from 4.3:1 in 2020 to 7.2:1 in 2024. The gap vs US average of 15.4:1 has narrowed — from 11.1:1 below in 2020 to 8.2:1 below in 2024.
